All bracelets are handmade and personalised to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an item has been dispatched.
🛍️ Order Approval Process
Before dispatch, a photo of your finished bracelet will be sent to you for approval, along with a size guide to confirm your selected size.
If you are unhappy with the bracelet shown in the preview, you may request changes or a full refund before dispatch
Once you confirm that you are happy with the bracelet, the order will be processed and dispatched
After confirmation and dispatch, returns and refunds are not accepted
If we do not receive confirmation within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
🚫 Acceptable Personalisation
We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes inappropriate or offensive wording.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Rude or abusive language
Racist or discriminatory wording
Threatening or harmful messages
Any content deemed inappropriate at our discretion
If such an order is placed:
The order will be cancelled
A full refund will be issued
The item will not be made or dispatched

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@madebykaci.co.uk
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Bracelets are delicate jewellery items and should be handled with care.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
Damage after delivery
General wear and tear
Due to small beads, bracelets should be worn with care and are not recommended for very young children.
