1. About Us

Made by Kaci is a small handmade jewellery business specialising in personalised bracelets.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Products & Personalisation

​

All bracelets are handmade and customised based on the customer’s request.

Please ensure all spelling, names, and wording are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for customer errors once production has begun.

3. Acceptable Use (IMPORTANT)

​

We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes inappropriate or offensive content.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Rude or abusive language

• Racist or discriminatory wording

• Threatening or harmful messages

• Any content deemed inappropriate at our discretion

👉 If such an order is placed:

• The order will be cancelled

• A full refund will be issued

• The item will not be produced

4. Order Preview & Approval

​

All customers will receive a preview image of their personalised bracelet before dispatch.

• Orders will only be processed and shipped once confirmation has been received that you are happy with the design

• If you are not satisfied with the preview, you may request changes or a full refund before the item is made and dispatched

• If no response is received within 7 days of the preview being sent, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund issued

5. Pricing & Payment

​

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation

• Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working day aim)

• Free delivery is available on orders over £30

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

​

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched

• If you are unhappy with your bracelet preview, a full refund can be issued before dispatch

8. Product Care & Safety

​

• Bracelets are delicate and should be handled with care

• Not recommended for very young children due to small parts

• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or wear and tear

9. Limitation of Liability

​

Made by Kaci is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Delays caused by postal services

• Customer errors in personalisation
